Mark has resolved the problems I was experiencing after updating to Windows 10, IE11 would not load, nor would Outlook send messages.

After checking my P.C. for the problems, suggested we reset the laptop back to factory settings. Once all of my files had been saved to an external hard drive Mark then cleared the laptop and set about reinstalling Window 8, with in excess of 270 updates! Then updating to Windows 8.1 with had some 170 updates after which we progressed onto Windows 10. All of my files were reinstalled and to my great relief the laptop was and is working fine.

All I can say is that without Mark I would not be in a good position to use my laptop.

It appears my problem did not phase Mark one little bit .

I have and will continue to recommend Mark to anyone who has a problem with their P.C. It will get resolved.

My concerns are just those of an individual relying on my computer for everyday work and leisure, so not a huge contract. Despite that, Mark has always responded quickly and effectively when I contacted him with a problem. I very much appreciate his service.
